The On Athletics Club Europe, or as we like to call it “OAC Europe”, is On’s European Elite Middle Distance Team with the mission to redefine the next generation of running. Based in the Swiss Alps during the summer and in South Africa throughout the winter, this is On’s track team for up-and-coming runners who dare to dream on.The OAC Athlete Team Manager will help the OAC Europe Coaches and Staff to structure all logistical matters (Planning and organization of Training Camps, travel to competitions for Athletes and OAC Europe Staff), organize procurement of the necessary equipment (sports equipment, physio equipment etc.) as well as organizing the OAC Team equipment together with the Athlete Partnership Team at On, talk to potential partners at the OAC Europe training bases in St. Moritz and South Africa (Gym owners, Landlords etc.) and act as the interface between On and OAC Europe.For this role, it is key that the OAC Europe Team Manager has a strong understanding of logistics and structure, understanding of the Athlete mindset, as well as strong communications skills to work with internal and external partners.
Your Mission
- Help in planning and organization of OAC Europe Training Camps
- Support in organization of travel to and from competitions for OAC Europe Athletes and OAC Europe Staff
- Frequent Travel with the team to Camps and competitions, as well as travelling to scout new Training Locations
- Act as the interface between OAC Europe and On and Work closely with the whole Athlete Strategy & Partnership Department
- Own the OAC Europe Road map (Training Camps, Races, PR Events)
- Equipment Management of OAC Europe Team gearprocurement of necessary Team equipment (sports equipment, Physio equipment etc.)
- Own and build relationships with external partners at the OAC Europe Training bases in St. Moritz and South Africa (Gym owners, medical network, etc.)
