Main goal
Support the organisation of meetings and small events with a dedicated focus on service quality, guest experience and cost efficiency, while maintaining a solution-oriented approach.
Key responsibilities
Accommodation and facilities coordination
- Liaising with internal clients to understand and fulfil logistical needs for various UEFA-organised meetings and conferences.
- Coordinating the reservation of accommodation and meeting facilities, including arrangements for technical equipment, catering, and transportation to meet event requirements.
Event execution and on-site presence
- Attending meetings and conferences on-site as needed to oversee logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient event execution.
Partner and supplier relations
- Maintaining professional relationships with UEFA partners and suppliers, including hotels, restaurants, transportation providers and other vendors, ensuring high service standards and cost-effective solutions.
- Negotiating terms with suppliers to secure favourable agreements for UEFA.
Database management and reporting
- Establishing and maintaining the hotel team's database and statistics, ensuring that the information is accurate and up-to-date for informed decision-making.
C oordination of guided tours

- Coordinating requests for guided tours of the UEFA campus and liaising with reception staff to organise badges, refreshments and access to designated areas, and ensuiring overall tour experience.

Requirements
Experience:
- Up to 3 years of experience in the hotel/tourism industry or similar
Education:
- Bachelor's in tourism, hospitality or similar
Languages:
- English / Advanced
- French / Advanced
- Knowledge of any European languages would be an asset
