We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Payroll Specialist to join the HR team of our client. This exciting role involves managing payroll operations across Switzerland and two other countries, as well as leading rewards and analytics HR projects. You will work with an external provider to ensure seamless payroll processing and compliance with local regulations.
Our client is an international company with its EU HQ based in Geneva.
Missions
- Payroll Management: Oversee and execute payroll processes for employees in Switzerland and two other countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws.
- Rewards Management: Develop and implement reward strategies that align with company goals and employee expectations.
- Analytics Projects: Lead HR analytics projects to provide insights and data-driven recommendations for improving HR processes and employee satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work with an external payroll provider to streamline operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure all payroll activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare and present payroll and HR analytics reports to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in payroll and rewards management.
Profil du candidat
- Experience: Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in an international context.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage HR analytics projects.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
