Join SOPHiA GENETICS as our new BioPharma Business Development Manager and lead new BioPharma partnerships and commercial opportunities. This is a remote position based in Europe.

- Revolutionize clinical development and commercialization of new drugs through data-driven medicine
- Leverage SOPHiA DDM Multimodal Factory, a suite of technology and tools to power predictive analytics in drug development and clinical trials
- Combine SOPHiA global network of clinical partners and SOPHIA DDM computing capabilities to provide access to unique global clinical insights
- Partner with clinical research partners and technology providers to create new business models
Your Mission:
- Understands and helps shape the clinical questions of interest for BioPharma customers, developing tailored solutions for both R&D and Commercial needs.
- Prospects, develops partnerships, and negotiates commercial contracts for BioPharma Analytics Solutions, including formulating pricing and sales strategies.
- Contributes to shaping BioPharma Analytics Solutions by identifying new use cases and optimizing offerings in collaboration with the product, data science and medical teams.

Requirements
Your Background:
- This role supports our BioPharma Business unit (distinct from our diagnostic applications). Therefore, the ideal candidate will have sales experience, specifically providing solutions to customers in the BioPharma or BioTech sectors
- Exposure to and understanding of the Pharma and BioTech development process
- Experience with data science platforms and/or real-world evidence (RWE) and real-world data (RWD) is a plus
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to generate new leads and explore new projects, and the resilience to pursue company-wide opportunities
- A success-orientated and solutions-focused mindset, that embraces team collaboration, change, growth and inclusion.
