For our Campus Hotel Institute Montreux, we are currently looking for a :
Principales tâches et responsabilités :
- Nettoyage quotidien de l'équipement, du matériel et des installations de la cuisine
- Assister le chef dans les demandes et le stockage des produits de cuisine.
- Aider l'équipe de cuisine à préparer les matières premières de base.
- Nettoyer les machines et les réfrigérateurs conformément aux règles HACCP.
- Contrôler le bon fonctionnement de l'équipement de la cuisine.
Qualités et qualifications
- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Langue maternelle française et de bonnes connaissances en anglais
- Discret, autonome et flexible
