Finance Systems Manager (80-100%)
Your responsibilities
Supervise the integration of financial systems across the organization to ensure seamless integration and data consistency
Develop and implement strategies for financial system or process improvements and upgrades
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure the financial systems and processes align with the organization's requirements
Manage the migration of financial and project financial data from disparate legacy systems to new platforms
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards during the consolidation process
Provide training and support to finance team on new systems and processes
Monitor and report on the progress of the consolidation project to senior management
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies within the financial systems
Develop and maintain documentation related to financial systems and processes
Lead a project team of finance, technology and consulting professionals to meet project goals and objectives
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or a related field
Professional certifications in finance or accounting (such as CPA or CFA) or an MBA are preferred
8-10 years of demonstrated experience in financial systems consolidation or a comparable position
Experience in a project-oriented (manufacturing) environment is essential
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, especially DACH region
Excellent team player with strong feedback skillsExpertise in financial software and systems, especially in implementing Microsoft ERP solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in both English and German is required
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different geographical locations
Strong leadership and project management experience
