This role collaborates with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, configure the system, manage integrations, and implement best practices to align Workday HRIS with business needs.

Description
- Support the Workday HRIS team with system enhancements, technical and functional improvements, and project execution.
- Provide best practices on configuration, integration setup, and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to strengthen the support model while ensuring minimal user disruption by adhering to SLAs.
- Drive efficiency, governance, and process improvements within the support model.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Workday HRIS functionality, including managing data flows across the IT landscape.
- Implement system changes based on Workday updates and business needs, conducting regression testing to ensure stability.
- Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing support to enhance internal HRIS team capabilities.
- Recommend and document continuous improvements, configuration changes, and implementation strategies in line with the organization requirements.
Profile
Essential Qualifications:
- Professional experience in an office environment.
- Background as an analyst, administrator, or technician in information systems or a related field.
- Experience in HR and/or payroll departments.
Desirable Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of work experience.
- Experience in project implementation.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
