The Growth Office department is responsible for driving strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and development across the institution. It oversees market expansion, business development, and partnerships to enhance EHL's global presence. The department also supports innovation, aligning the institution’s goals with emerging trends and industry demands. By fostering collaboration across departments, it ensures the successful execution of growth strategies.

The mission ofthe Strategic Project manager is to play a substantial role in the management & coordination of various strategic initiatives to deliver EHL group vision & strategy.
What will you do?
- Support the Strategic Project Director in defining and implementing the EHL Group strategy, with a focus on:
- Internationalization: developing a transversal development strategy in priority markets.
- Portfolio: identifying optimal avenues for expansion.
- Drive the management of selected strategic initiatives in collaboration with various departments (academic, research, marketing, innovation, finance), including:
- Conducting research to support strategic projects.
- Identifying key challenges and gaps and assessing strategic scenarios.
- Providing actionable recommendations.
- Developing and coordinating implementation plans.
- Act as a strategic thought partner across multiple departments to ensure strong assessments and a compelling value proposition.
- Support the preparation and coordination of group-wide decision-making instances with Executive Leadership (steering committee, Boards).
Who you are?
- You have a master’s degree in business administration, Hospitality, Management, Engineering, Data Analysis or a related field.
- You have 2 to 4 years of professional experience in consulting top tier companies or strategic project management roles in corporates.
- You have an excellent business expertise: financial planning.
- You have a strong experience in coordinating resources and establishing priorities.
- You have advanced project management, strategic thinking and transversal leadership skills.
- You have good knowledge of organization structure and Boards.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
- You have an experience in multicultural environments.
- You are fluent in English, French and German is a plus.
