Our client is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Payroll Analyst to join their team in Geneva for an 8-months contract. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring all payrolls are delivered accurately and on time. You will have the chance to utilise your excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, while managing all payroll deadlines and monthly tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing across assigned countries (EMEA region).
- Manage all payroll data in the system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Coordinate with outsourced payroll vendors and ensure high service standards.
- Respond to and resolve payroll queries and liaise with relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Support reporting and audit processes related to payroll operations.
- Maintain and update payroll procedures and documentation.
- Support a monthly payroll cycle, with special attention to critical periods such as bonus runs, and promotion/pay rise cycles.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll, with proven experience in outsourced payroll environments.
- Strong understanding of Swiss payroll regulations and tax laws; experience across other European countries is a plus.
- Familiarity with Payroll system and strong Excel/spreadsheet skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, respond to queries, and ensure compliance.
- Experience in vendor management, including providing input and following up on service delivery.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with autonomy.
- A global mindset and a collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Able to start immediately.
