We’re looking for an ERP Specialist with a deep understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our enterprise systems. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex processes into efficient ERP solutions and ensuring seamless integration with a wide ecosystem of applications. Functions
- Implement, configure, integrate, test, and document new requirements within our ERP's (currently Infor LN for the supply chain and logistics areas) and other related systems.
- Design components as requested by our end users, ensuring alignment with the ERP's technical architecture.
- Provide 3rd level user support & maintenance for those ERP's, covering the designated business areas, ensuring business continuity.
- Collaborate with and coordinate the efforts of near- and offshore teams for development and support.
- Lead the design and implementation of ERP projects, coordinating and collaborating with several teams, reviewing technical solutions and ensuring alignment among all the contributors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field of Computer Science, Enterprise System Management or a related field.
Experience:
- Experience in the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of business software.
- Experience in commercial ERPs functional consultancy area with emphasis on Service, Engineering to Order, and Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Experience of business process modelling.
- Experience of commercial ERP systems in support and development.
The following experience would be an advantage:
- Experience integrating an ERP with other commercial solutions or in-house developed applications.
- Experience in supporting and developing/personalizing ERP systems in source-to-pay processes.
- Experience of modern software engineering practices (agile).
- Knowledge of Procurement and Finance domains.
- Experience in database design, SQL and query optimization.
Technical competencies:
- Development of application software
- Testing, diagnosing and optimization of software
- Customer service: technical Advice and Guidance; Application support

Language skills:
Spoken and written English.
Spoken and written French would be an advantage, otherwise the willingness to acquire it is expected. We provide language courses to support this.
