- operative und pädagogische Führung
- Personalführung und -entwicklung
- Schulentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung
- Führung der Schulverwaltung
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Schulleitungen der Primarschulen Abtwil und Oberrüti
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Schulleitung der Oberstufe Sins
