Deine Aufgaben:
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Personalabteilung
- Verantwortung für alle HR-Prozesse (inkl. Payroll)
- Verantwortung für die Lohn- und Sozialversicherungsprozesse
- Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte
- Steuerung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Talentmanagement, Rekrutierung und Mitarbeiterentwicklung
- Durchführen von HR-Projekten zur Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen
- Mitgestaltung der Unternehmenskultur
Dein Profil:
- eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als HR-Fachfrau/-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis
- erfolgreiche Tätigkeit als HR-Leiter/-in; Erfahrung in der Hotellerie oder im Gesundheitswesen sind dabei von Vorteil
- ausgeprägte Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenzen
- eine strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
- IT-Affinität, sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, Mirus Software- Kenntnisse von Vorteil
