Duties and responsibilities
The Recruitment Analyst role is heavily phone based dedicating a large portion of the day to day activities in interviewing candidates, creating and managing a great experience for all candidates throughout the application and interviewing process.
- Actively promote career opportunities on multiple job boards to attract high caliber candidates
- Proactively source quality candidates through several channels covering different geographies depending on market need
- Support hiring managers with recruitment and selection for all field roles globally by screening resumes, interviewing and providing a shortlist of suitable and quality candidates
- Schedule and interview candidates over the phone or via MS Teams and ensure a quality of shortlist is endorsed to hiring managers for interview.
- Contact candidates through multiple touch points in the candidate lifecycle to set proper expectations in relation to the recruitment process and required next steps
- Liaise with HR Field Services to ensure that new joiners are integrated into the HRIS with accurate information for on-boarding and provisioning purposes
- Agile, adaptable and strategic to work on projects
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and great interpersonal skills while dealing with a diverse employee population
- Provides Tier 1 and 2 Recruitment Support
- Resolves basic and escalated inquiries and determines proper resolution for the cases in accordance with established guidelines
- Acts as escalation point for TASS team members and monitors operational performance in the absence of the Supervisor
- Contributes toward achieving set performance goals and KPIs for the TASS team
Job Requirements
- Professional Recruitment experience of at least 2 years, ideally in a multinational company. Experience with HR administrative work is an advantage.
- Experience and strong background in conducting interviews over the phone or through virtual channels
- Demonstrated value through clear KPIs
- Flexible and can adapt well to a fast paced environment supporting the global presence of IWG
- Numerically strong and able to understand and articulate SLAs and required output through data
- Can work collaboratively with the team and should possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in business English
- Resilient and able to deal with a high degree of ambiguity
- Enjoys the variety of combining tactical and strategic activities
