Your tasks

• Hands-on problem-solving: Perform installations, repairs, maintenance, calibration, and testing of our cutting-edge laser systems efficiently on-site.
• Troubleshooting expert: Resolve technical issues via helpline or directly at customer locations.
• Team collaboration: Participate in the "Custcare Laser" duty rotation to ensure seamless customer support.
• Knowledge sharing: Document and disseminate technical information through audits, training, and technical manuals.
• Continuous improvement: Contribute to product quality, manufacturing enhancements, and service excellence.

Your profile

• Degree in Optical Engineering or equivalent;
• Hands-on experience with industrial lasers or optical systems is essential;
• Knowledge of CNC machines is a strong plus;
• English: Fluent; proficiency in French, Italian, or German;
• Strong communication and listening skills;
• A natural problem-solver with a customer-oriented mindset;
• Organized and autonomous, with excellent analytical and synthesis abilities;
• Be prepared for up to 60% worldwide travel, providing hands-on support to our diverse client base;
• Flexibility and diplomacy are essential to adapt to various customer needs and cultures;
