Job Description
We are looking for a Business Insight Analyst to join our Ancillaries & Strategy team in Chiasso. This is a great opportunity to apply your analytical skills and contribute to improving business performance through data-driven insights.
The candidate will be primarily involved in the Ancillaries area, focusing on pricing strategies, customer segmentation, and market behavior analysis. The role involves supporting development teams with data and insights, helping to shape product roadmaps and enhance the group’s digital assets.
The candidate will also have the opportunity to present findings to senior management, gaining valuable exposure to strategic decision-making and C-level stakeholders.
The job in brief:

Contract - Permanent, full time (36 h/week)
What your impact will be
- Analyzing big data, determining customer trends and delivering insight to drive business performance
- Closely partner with Product team, driving decision making and strategy with data and analytical insight
- Executing multiple projects across teams to successfully achieve specific goals and objectives
- Implementing strategies and defining models to accelerate and optimize revenue growth
Qualifications
Your expertise:
- 1-3 years of experience in Data/Business analyst role in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience of delivering value thanks to data-driven analysis
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and SQL programming language
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- Ability to influence decision-makers through presentation of analysis
Desirable:
- Familiarity with digital and e-commerce business
- Previous experience in the travel industry
