We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Special Projects & Process Marketing Manager 80-100% (all genders) to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing our product marketing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business or marketing, along with exceptional project management and communication skills.In this role, your responsibilities would include: You lead and coordinate product launch initiatives, including organizing quarterly SPG (Strategic Product Group) calls and developing the Product Launch Cookbook to ensure smooth execution and alignment across teams.You manage and oversee Sales Enablement Portfolio (topK) projects aimed at maximizing sales performance and market impact for key customer groups and segments.You implement and monitor the Quarterly Marketing Booster Campaign Process to trigger growth initiatives in strategic key markets (established or emerging) to generate short-term business impact, create hot and warm leads, and acquire new contacts.You lead the Annual Sales Kick-Off Meeting (Priority Plus Process) on a global divisional level, collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the organization.You develop and present monthly lead reports to track marketing performance (cross-channel, TM specific, Webinar specific, and Campaign specific) and inform strategic decision-making.You collaborate on cross-division (xDIV) projects to drive innovation and enhance collaboration across the organization, generating impact through collaborative approaches across the organization and generate impact in collaborative approaches.
