We are looking for an EU Benefits Specialist for the EMEA Spectrum who will be responsible for the strategy, administration, design, and communication of employee benefits and pension programs. This role ensures that benefits offerings are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Missions
- Develop and implement benefits strategies that align with company goals.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to maintain competitive benefits offerings.
- Oversee daily operations of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Benefits Administrator to resolve employee and system issues.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
- Create and implement communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits.
- Participate in initiatives with broad business impact.
- Organize training sessions and events related to benefits.
