We are now looking for motivated and independent Business Development Partners to help us expand our reach across Switzerland.
Your Mission
As a Business Development Partner, you will play a key role in promoting Mentrac’s services to companies across Switzerland. You will be responsible for identifying leads, initiating contact with decision-makers (HR, leadership, prevention managers), and closing new business partnerships.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify, contact, and engage with potential B2B clients in Switzerland.
- Present Mentrac’s mental health services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Tailor your approach to the company’s needs and decision-making process.
- Manage the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
- Report your activities and results on a regular basis.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- You speak:
- French and English if you work in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.
- German and English if you work in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
