Job Title - Junior Process Integration Analyst
Working model - Hybrid from Switzerland
Team - You will join the Tech4 Finance - Process Integration team within the Technology department.
Level - Junior
Location - Chiasso
Contract - Permanent
Your impact
As a Junior Process Integration Analyst, you will assist in analyzing business requirements and act as a liaison between different internal stakeholders (mainly Legal, Tax, Finance, and Commercial Departments) and Technology teams (e.g., Dev Teams, Architecture).
Your role will contribute to identifying effective solutions that align business needs with technological improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Support in performing analysis on orders and processes through data checks (e.g., databases, accounts, transactions) to understand and map current activities.
Assist in identifying and documenting potential solutions to improve business processes.
Collaborate with Development teams in the functional design of solutions and participate in testing procedures.
Provide support for issue resolution related to Sales and Billing systems.
Contribute to preparing functional documentation to track analysis and solutions.
Qualifications
Your expertise
Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
Good analytical skills and ability to document business requirements and process flows.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Desirable:
Good knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas).
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Internship or up to one year of experience in a similar role (e.g., Business Analyst, Process Analyst).
Familiarity with Google Suite tools.
