Digital Marketing Manager (100%)

Your role:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong knowledge of Salesforce and Account Engagement to manage and optimize our company's marketing technology stack. You will oversee the effective operation of our marketing systems to support business development, marketing communications, and digital media strategies. You will collaborate closely with marketing leadership, cross-functional teams, and external freelancers who manage our display advertising campaigns and other digital marketing tasks.
Your responsibilities include developing and implementing our lead generation strategy aiming at efficiently driving sales in our key regions and industries.
If you have extensive experience with Salesforce, Account Engagement, digital marketing technologies, outsourced digital campaign management, and web management, we encourage you to apply!
What you will own:
- Manage, maintain, and upgrade our marketing technology stack, including CRM systems (primarily Account Engagement), website management, advertising platforms, and SEO.
- Evaluate, recommend and implement automation solutions, such as Zapier integrations, to streamline data transfer processes from advertising platforms to Account Engagement.
- Optimize website content and landing pages.
- Review published pages on our website and seek areas of improvement.
- Develop and execute effective multilingual SEO strategies.
- Collect data and create reports on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects.
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
- Train marketing team on CRM best practice to leverage HubSpot tools and how to work within the implemented process and be the gatekeeper of all automated processes within hubspot.
- Train the marketing team on best practices for leveraging marketing tools, ensure adherence to established processes, and oversee all automated workflows within Zapier and Account Engagement.
- Stay current with the latest MarTech trends, especially AI, and implement them when appropriate.
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, experience in a tech company is an asset.
- Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn advertising, Google web tools and Hubspot as well as Salesforce with Account Engagement and Pardot.
- Analytic mindset, able to build insightful reports based on complex data.
- Proficient in marketing automation with a tech-savvy, AI and process-oriented mindset.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and report to counterparts.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
