You will have the opportunity to:

• Be a key contributor to the evolving L&D landscape in growing multinational company;
• Make an impact by supporting the development and rollout of training programs that will drive performance and growth across multiple regions and teams worldwide;
• Utilize your project management skills by taking ownership of implementing a learning /tracking platform, shaping how employees engage with development resources;
• Design, develop, and deliver innovative learning solutions through a blend of online and face-to-face methods;
• Monitor and evaluate the success of programs, ensuring continuous improvement;
• Collaborate with internal leaders and external training providers to deliver cutting-edge learning experiences;
• Keep up with the latest in learning technologies, best practices, and global trends, ensuring Zentiva's L&D strategies are cutting-edge.

• You are data-driven professional with strong analytical and reporting skills

• You communicate and present ideas with clarity and confidence;
• You are highly autonomous and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• You bring valuable experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various learning platforms, such as LinkedIn Learning;
• You are proficient on MS PowerPoint and Excel and enjoy creating professional presentations and reports

• While not essential, having a certification in Instructional Design or a related field would be a valuable asset.
