Job Description
Job Title: Account Lead
Location: Algeria, ester, Constantine
About the role:

Manage customer partnership, building and maintaining strong engagement with customers. This involves regular communication, understanding needs and concerns, and fulfilling the unmet needs through optimized solution-oriented spirit and Takeda PTRB values.

Ensure end to end customer engagement plan, including post implementation follow up within a clear KPIs and satisfaction measures.

Drive Accounts sustainability and growth: identifying and materialize opportunities of growth for each Account in scope through a mastery of customer journey including clear understanding of business needs and objectives

Doing the business in the wright way: Capitalize on market knowledge and new business opportunities to expand our Market leadership through thoughtful risk taking, team alignment and in line with business ethics and compliance.
How you will contribute:

Developing tailored Account plans, in line with LOC guidance and approved strategy, to leverage Takeda’s GDs and Immunology brand sales out in the dedicated territory & scope, compliant with Takeda’s core values

Developing and building Disease knowledge capabilities, Brands, competitors, ecosystem and patient journey per account.

KOL management: Effective communication with leaders and HCPs to ensure high level of engagement in multichannel approach and customer centricity.

Team collaboration: The account lead pivot role, will be accountable for coordinating with cross-functional team to ensure implementation of tactical plan and projects delivery in line with strategic and finance guidance in a timely manner.

Performance metrics: meeting performance metrics, such as revenue targets, customer satisfaction scores, and project delivery timelines.

Insights and data driven account lead need to catch curious to ensure analytics capabilities improvement and growth.

Need to enhance and drive diagnosis capabilities per account in line with business ethics and compliance.

Need to be a role model internal as well as external committed to Takeda’s code of conduct and PTRB principals

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS & Experience

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in health sciences (biologist, pharmacist, physician, dentist)

Minimum 2 years min is a must, GD’s experience is a plus

Proven ability to quickly gain in-depth understanding of the therapy area
-
Must possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in French and Arabic (English is an asset)
