We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations at the headquarters in Geneva. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees. This role requires a bilingual professional fluent in both French and English.

Missions
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for the company, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Manage and lead a small team of payroll specialists, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and resolve any payroll-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and implement necessary updates to payroll processes.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and external authorities as required.
- Handle payroll audits and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues.
Profil du candidat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a multinational company.
- Proven experience in managing a small team.
- Bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in Switzerland and internationally.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
