ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
We’re looking for a Senior National Account Manger that will work in close cooperation with Sales Department.
You will be in charge of Volumes, Profits and Market Share related to your Customer (Italian Market Leader).
You will have the opportunity to manage and develop a Team of 3 People.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• According to the assigned budget and commercial guidelines will be responsible for the negotiation and implementation of the annual agreement
• Understanding the customer P&L dynamics and deliver proper solutions in synergy with Customer Marketing, Finance and Logistic
• Define and deliver proper solutions in order to optimize profit and losses of the customer.
• Manage and Develop your Team in order to boost their performance and strengthen their capabilities.
• Team Work approach in order to guarantee Channel’s BP achievement.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
• I am proactive, with great passion and energy
• At least 3 years of Commercial experience
• At least 2 years as National Account Manager preferably in At Home channel
• At least 1 People Management experience
• Good English Knowledge
• Good Knowledge in Customer and Consumer Marketing area
• Influencing and negotiation skills
• Problem solving, strategic thinking. decision making. leadership and organizational skills
• University Degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, Business
• Willingness to transfer
