Your Mission
- Commercial Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize sales processes, identifying gaps and working with the Head of Commercial MENA & CEE to standardize workflows.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align distributor market operations with EMEA Sales Enablement processes, collaborating with VM, sales operations, planning, merchandising, and finance teams to enhance efficiency.
- Seasonal GTM Execution: Support and streamline the seasonal GTM process for distributors, ensuring alignment with global strategy and efficient execution across markets.
- Commercial Tools & Resources: Adapt and implement sales tools for distributors, ensuring accessibility, guidance, and continuous improvement through team feedback.
- Content Management: Develop and maintain a centralized repository for commercial enablement materials, ensuring content is updated and easily accessible.
- Commercial Training & Onboarding: Support onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing partners’ teams.
- Showroom & Trade Asset Support: Collaborate with VM teams to implement showroom and SiS in distributor markets.
- Data Sharing & Pricing Alignment: Work with commercial and pricing teams to establish data-sharing processes and ensure appropriate pricing strategies.
- Workshops & Team Building: Organize initiatives like workshops and team-building activities to upskill and strengthen the commercial team force.
