The Management Office department at EHL, specifically the Digital Services team, focuses on driving digital transformation across the institution. It ensures the seamless integration of innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiency and user experience. The team manages digital platforms, tools, and infrastructure, supporting both academic and administrative functions. By fostering a culture of innovation, it aligns digital initiatives with EHL’s strategic goals.

The mission of the IT Project Manager is to manage and coordinate various IT projects, ranging from software development to SAAS system implementation, and information system security management. This role entails taking charge of a specific business domain, which includes managing and prioritizing business requests. It requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure that all projects are completed successfully within the established timelines and budget constraints. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating efforts, facilitating communication, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the project goals and objectives.
What will you do?
- Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of projects in collaboration with IT management and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Manage the budget and resource allocation for projects.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Coach, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Who you are?
- You have Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- You have experience in service and consulting with at least 3-5 years in a similar position.
- You have good knowledge of finance and HR processes and the solutions that support them is a plus
- You are proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- You have Budget management and resource allocation skills.
- You are good at interacting with multiple stakeholders
- You have Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You have an innovative mindset and interest in new digitalization perspectives.
- You are flexible and adapt well to different types of projects.
- You are fluent in French (C1) and at ease in English (B2). Other languages being a plus.
