To build up our newly created Inhouse Recruiting Desk for externals, we are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with tremendous recruiting experience in the IT sector and the ability to identify and attract the best talents for our brand. Start date as soon as possible.
IHRE AUFGABEN

You will take care of the recruiting for externals with responsibility for the entire end-to-end recruiting process (job description, sourcing, interview, reference check etc.)

Partner closely with hiring managers to identify their needs and advising on effective and successful search strategies in line with our diversity & inclusion guidelines

Be an ambassador for Julius Baer and ensure a high quality recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers

Source top candidates on different channels including social media and other networks in anticipation of future hiring needs and build up own profile specific candidate pools

Build and maintain engaging relationships with the hiring managers, key partners at all levels of the organization and external stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

5+ years of professional recruiting experience in a financial services and/or agency environment. Experience in recruiting IT profiles is a must criteria

Collaborative and engaging personality that combines resilience and the agility to thrive in an environment with competing demands

Excellent negotiation and communication skills and experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers and HR partners

Passionate about recruiting and dedicated to deliver a high class service experience

Fluent in both German and English (verbal and written)

Proficient user of relevant IT systems (MS Office, Workday or similar HR tool)

Positive attitude and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and handle high volumes at peak times
