Operational Excellence Manager - Manufacturing

Responsabilities

• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Develop and execute strategies aligned with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cultural change and promote a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor employees on lean tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and sustain improvements.
• Facilitate kaizen events, root cause analyses, and problem-solving sessions to address operational challenges.
• Ensure alignment of operational excellence initiatives with company objectives and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) are a plus.
• Proven experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or lean manufacturing leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement tools.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills to inspire collaboration and engagement.
• Proficiency in process mapping, value stream analysis, and performance metric tracking.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments, including quality and efficiency optimization.
