Are you passionate about social media and looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact? We are looking for someone to support the Group Communications Social Media team for roughly 6 months. This role will allow you to drive our social media strategies and engage with our global audience, while growing your skills and career within an innovative organization.
As a Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute social media strategies, creating compelling content that resonates with our audience. You will have the chance to implement your ideas, work with multiple stakeholders around the world, and contribute to the success of our External Communications team. What you will do

Contribute to the management and coordination of Zurich’s social media campaigns, from planning to successfully publishing our content across our media channels.

Discuss and plan editorial calendars as part of the newsroom process with other teams and ensure ideal content distribution on our channels

Set up and manage paid social media campaigns to complement our organic activity

Support with community management, content planning, creation and execution as well as our Employee Advocacy and Senior Management Ambassador programs

Analyze social media data, and make recommendations in order to provide insight to senior management and to optimize content performance

Coordinate and build collaboration with social media and communication specialists from our regional teams around the world
What you bring

Sound knowledge of social media platforms (particularly LinkedIn and X)

Experience in setting up, managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns in-house, particularly on LinkedIn

Strong social media copywriting skills (native English speaker or near-native fluency)

Experience in social media reporting and analytics

Knowledge of how to use social media publishing tools, ideally Sprinklr

A creative and strategic approach to campaign ideation, content creation and execution on social media

Experience with advising senior executives on the use social media and with employee advocacy

InDesign, Canva and video editing experience is a plus
