This role focuses on maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, managing cybersecurity risks, and ensuring compliance with international security standards.

Description
- Deploy, maintain, integrate, and configure security tools to strengthen the organization's security posture.
- Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scans to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Lead incident response efforts, including detection, analysis, and remediation of security incidents. Maintain and update incident response plans.
- Continuously monitor security logs and alerts, investigate potential threats, and respond to security events in real time.
- Manage user access controls, authentication mechanisms, and identity management systems to enforce security best practices.
- Develop and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Provide security expertise to various teams, ensuring security best practices are integrated into day-to-day operations.
- Oversee the security of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and networks, defending against cyber threats.
- Manage and optimize security technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection, and identity & access management (IAM) solutions.
Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) are a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with hands-on expertise in security engineering and operations.
- Deep understanding of security frameworks and best practices (e.g., PCI, NIST, ISO 27001).
- Practical experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and penetration testing solutions.
- Strong skills in incident response, cyber threat intelligence, and penetration testing.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Only candidates who meet the requirements and possess or are eligible for a Swiss work permit (CH or EU passport) will be considered.
