You are a leader with strong management, financial & budgeting management skills, you are excellent at problem solving and decision making, and proficient in data analysis, strategic planning and service improvement. You have a deep understanding of student services operations in higher education with a minimum of 7 years experience in related field, proven success in enhancing student experience and engagement and have experience in an executive leadership role within an educational institution.

As Director of Student Services, your main missions will be to lead and oversee all aspects of student services, including admissions, registry, lodging, reception, career services, student affairs and health & wellbeing and to ensure the highest standards of student experience, fostering a supportive, efficient and engaging environment that enhances student life and contributes to the institution's mission.
