Team Lead EI & C (Electrical, Instrumentation and Control) (m/w/d)

Activities

• Provide functional (Matrix) and personnel Leadership while collaborating closely with the Teams Leaders of EI&C / Heads of Contracting in the BCx & the GSC, overseeing 6 direct reports and approximately 50 employees in total
• Define, handle, and implement strategies, processes and tools in alignment with group and divisional strategies
• Manage the global competence / knowledge / capacity within the EI&C discipline, supported by the regional teams and other Global CO functions
• Develop and enhance global collaboration with the Global Support Center in India
• Ensure the on-time delivery and quality of deliverables for special projects
• Cost management and compliance to allocated budgets (cost account / special projects)
• Continuously monitor and optimize engineering KPIs in close collaboration with global function PMO
• Supports Sales and Application Engineering during the offer phase for EI&C related topics
• Assist in evaluating potential new suppliers together with Supply Chain Management and quality department
• Organize regular EI&C events

Requirements

• Master or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or similar education
• At least 10 years international experience in similar business (goods with capital investment)
• Leadership experience in Matrix-Functions
• Demonstrated success in managing international engineering teams
• Proficiency in both English and German
