Your main tasks
- Overall management of New Product Introduction (NPI) industrialisation projects in a matrix organisation with internal and external stakeholders
- Responsibility for the planning, budgeting, organisation and successful execution of ramp-up projects with external partners
- Design transfer and effective support of technical suppliers
- Team leadership of the process development team
- Support in the creation of Quality Management System (QMS), incoming goods inspection, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), external validation, etc. with external partners
Your profile
- Completed engineering degree or technical studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, microtechnology, plastics technology
- Project management or several years of professional experience as a project manager in industrialisation, preferably in the fields of medical technology, pharmaceuticals, automotive industry, plastics processing
- In-depth experience in the development of new manufacturing processes
- Independent work with team spirit, solution-oriented and organised
- Strong communication skills and enjoy working in a very dynamic environment
- Very good knowledge of English and good in German required
