We are looking for an HR Assistant for 3 months. You will have a key-impact on their daily operations. Covering for holidays and other absences, you will be a support point for the team. Fast learner, able to jump into a new environment and be quickly operational, you will help them with higher levels of workload and to guarantee a high level of service
Our client is an international company.
Missions
- Manage all the requests for working permit with the Swiss authorities;
- Be responsible for requests for family allowance, absence management (including long leave), APG ( maternity, paternity), accident declaration.
- Reply to questions and manage the process for taxation at source, Pension plan, AVS
- Generate work certificates
- Responsible for employee life-cycle onboarding: contract edition, employee follow-up, coordinating with the teams
Profil du candidat

- English and French mandatory
- Min 4 years' experience in an International environment in a private company not only OI
- Excellent knowledge of the Swiss law
- Rigorous
- Strong communications and listening skills
