Your Responsibilities
- You will lead and coordinate Lean projects on the shopfloor as well as in administrative areas.
- You will conduct Lean training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- You will implement standards and Lean methods such as 5S, VSM, SMED, Kaizen, and Poka Yoke within the Business Unit.
- You will be responsible for executing, supporting, and monitoring Lean activities while actively promoting a Lean culture within the Business Unit.
- You will collaborate closely with Value and Industrial Engineering as well as the assembly teams, fostering interdisciplinary exchange.
- You will conduct effectiveness evaluations of implemented measures, ensure their success through controlling and relevant KPIs, and prepare detailed reports for management meetings.
- You will be responsible for the introduction and further development of Shopfloor Management, Hoshin Kanri, etc.
Your Qualifications
- You have an above-average degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field. Ideally, you also have a prior technical apprenticeship.
- You possess strong knowledge of Lean principles and methods, particularly Shopfloor Management, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Continuous Improvement Process (KVP), and SMED.
- You hold a qualification in Lean Management, such as Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
- You are willing to travel both nationally and internationally and demonstrate strong intercultural openness.
- You have a quick grasp of concepts, strong analytical thinking skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- You stand out due to your teamwork skills, exceptional ambition, and high willingness to learn, which you combine with a hands-on mentality.
- You speak fluent German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
