As a Supply Chain Operations Associate, you will play a key role in managing order process operations, acting as a crucial link between production sites and international markets. You will support the Supply Chain Operations Manager to ensure the smooth execution of physical and financial flows.
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION PROFIL ATTENDU
- Coordinate order process operations with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage logistics and financial flows (invoicing, transfer pricing, customs documentation, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GDP, GMP)
- Participate in SAP system testing and enhancements
- Analyze and optimize supply chain processes for increased efficiency
- Provide operational and functional support on tools and processes
- Order process operations in a multinational company; preferably working in an Export department
- Deliver results on time in a pressurized environment
- Ability to work independently and within team matrix environment
- Strong knowledge of SAP and distribution processes
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset
