The Inside Sales Representative's main tasks are:
- Enters transportation agreements with customers
- Processes bookings per guidelines
- Books standard/special products, ensuring profitability
- Provides quotations considering pricing rules and upselling
- Advises customers on transport solutions in coordination with sales/handling teams
- Manages accounts and easySales
- Oversees LTC bookings and allocation performance
- Arranges ex-works pick-ups
- Assists in acquiring new accounts and business
- Supports sales team in achieving revenue/tonnage goals
- Joins sales visits as needed
- Shares market insights with sales and management
- Handles charter requests with Network-on-Demand team
- Manages account data in CRM, updating stakeholders
- Promotes eChannel usage and follows up Spot Quotes
- Acts as customer touchpoint for claims/complaints, promoting eClaims

Are you a sales-driven professional with a passion for customer engagement? As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be at the heart of our cargo sales operations—handling spot quotations, making proactive sales calls, managing allocations and bookings, and driving customer retention.
The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED is required
- 1-2 years cargo experience or equivalent
- Fluent written and spoken English and German language skills
- Industry knowledge (Airfreight, Logistics, Transportation, Sales) is required
- Advanced IT knowledge, preferably including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Part-time role with 20,5 hours per week
