Leveraging our parent company MSC Group’s hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers.
An exciting opportunity exists for a talented CRM Marketing professional to join our newly created luxury travel brand “Explora Journeys” to support in the continuous development and delivery of the consumer website that represents a key touchpoint for our audience. This role is based in the office out of our Headquarters in Geneva.
• Weekly competitor’s tracker + ppt filling with provided data+ support monthly reporting 1 day per week
• Request of Translations + contact with countries to proofread 1 day per week
• Revise in detail the newsletters (The links, the images, on the desktop and mobile) – testing 1 day per week
• Documentation creation/ update / one-shot or new little task2 days per week
• Feedback area: supporting the report, classifying comments that the tool does not capture.
• Support in the deck creation for the different projects.
• Must have internship convention/agreement with University
• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• Ability to work independently
• Structured, well organized with an attention to detail and self-motivated
• Work proactively with team members, share ideas and information
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time/management skills and ability to prioritize work tasks
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably with Salesforce
• Fluent in English, knowledge of any other European language a plus
• MS Office
• Starting from July / August 2025
• Right to work in Switzerland
