Linguistiques:
- Anglais et/ou allemand serait un atout

- Excellent sens du service clientèle et de l'écoute
- Autonomie et initiative, solidarité dans le travail d'équipe
- Gestion des priorités
- Rigueur, soin et professionnalisme
- Etre à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et faire preuve de rapidité
- Bonne maîtrise orale et écrite du français
