These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax departments.</p><p> </p><p>You will be joining the Group Corporate Resilience team, part of the Risk & Compliance Management department, a dynamic team responsible for groupwide coordination and oversight of business continuity (BCM), operational resilience (OR) and crisis management. </p><p> </p><p>As a Senior Continuity Manager, you will work in close collaboration with stakeholders from all departments and business lines across the Group, in Switzerland and abroad. Your mission will be to support the resilience of their activities, by ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to industry best practices. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Your role</h2></div><div><p> </p><p>• Support the business and group entities in updating/upgrading their BCM reference documentation and related activities, including:<br/> o Business impact analysis (BIA). Team level “bottom-up” analysis, including mapping with enabling assets/resources and assessment against performance objectives;<br/> o Crisis contingency, business continuity plans (BCP) and disaster recovery plans (DRP); <br/> o Crisis and BCP exercises, formalisation of improvement measures and management reporting.<br/>• Interact with business managers and subject matter experts to ensure the smooth delivery of business continuity objectives set for the Group and alignment with applicable regulations.<br/>• Maintain and communicate internal policies, standards and processes pertaining to business continuity, as well as crisis management and operational resilience, ensuring shared awareness and purpose.<br/>• Support and develop the BCM awareness programme, including continuity training and testing activities, to reflect the most recent industry trends and internal standards.<br/>• Contribute to the specification, assessment and deployment of new technology and other change initiatives aimed at improving team activities. <br/>• Provide subject matter expertise input for due diligence, RFP and audit enquiries regarding BCM and other corporate resilience topics.<br/>• On demand: Provide complementary capacity and insight to support the Crisis Management team in response to severe but plausible disruptive events the Group may face.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Your profile</h2></div><div><p> </p><p>• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent. <br/>• At least seven years’ experience in financial services (asset management, private banking), with a general understanding of end-to-end processes, combined with BCM and crisis management know-how.<br/>• Previous experience in operations or IT production, ideally with exposure to operational risk management activities, for instance information security or market infrastructure matters, with a track record of successful deliveries.<br/>• Strong analytical mindset, with good attention to detail and critical thinking.<br/>• Highly proficient user of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).<br/>• Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) would be an advantage.<br/>• Excellent command of French and English, German an asset.<br/>• Resident in Switzerland, or willing to relocate.<br/>• Open for travel across Europe, occasionally.</p><p> </p><p>You are a quick learner with a “can do” attitude, seeking ways to improve both efficiency and effectiveness. You are pragmatic and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
