Position Summary
Join our team and be a key player in ensuring the safety, quality, and performance of aircraft. As an Avionic Technician, you’ll perform maintenance tasks, modifications, and repairs on aircraft, contributing to our commitment to on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Working under the guidance of our Certifying Staff and Aircraft Avionic leadership team, you’ll help ensure every aircraft meets the highest standards of excellence.
Your mission
- Prioritize Safety: Ensure all work complies with EHS policies, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver Results: Complete assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and within allocated timeframes.
- Adhere to Standards: Work according to maintenance procedures, project plans, and aviation regulations.
- Document Progress: Sign and complete job cards daily, keeping records clear and up-to-date.
- Communicate Clearly: Report defects, incomplete tasks, and progress to the appropriate team members.
- Contribute as a Team Player: Support colleagues and assist on other tasks as assigned by leadership.

Your profile
- Minimum two years’ experience as Junior Aircraft Avionic Technician or graduate of a P-147/P-66 program.
- Technical degree (associate degree or 3 years of technical education).
- Basic understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance manuals, and aviation regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP ERP or similar system is a plus.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical English.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

- Willingness to travel and support off-base tasks if needed.
