To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Global Group Quality, we are looking for a dedicated Specialist External Supply QA (f/m/d), 80-100%
Your tasks:
- Qualify and periodically re-evaluate supply chains of critical materials, contract laboratories, and service providers for GMP API manufacture and release
- Map the supply chain for critical materials and maintain appropriate material documentation in accordance with internal, customer, and authority / regulatory requirements
- Contribute to further develop a high-performance supplier quality management system
- Review and support maintenance of SOPs and WOIs
- Provide QA services for all Bachem GMP manufacturing locations and support official inspections and customer audits within the scope of responsibilities
Your profile:
- University degree (BSc) with focus on natural sciences (Chemistry, Process Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Technology, or similar field) or equivalent professional experience
- Ideally first experience in an GMP environment in quality assurance, quality control, or manufacturing, preferably with APIs
- Affinity in working with application software (e.g. MS Office, eQMS, DMS, SAP, or similar)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English - proficiency in German is beneficial
- Dedicated, self-dependent personality, finding it easy to cope with an intercultural working environment with a hands-on attitude and the ability to get things done
