As On continues its rapid expansion, our Talent team is in search of a dynamic and passionate Senior Lead of Organizational Design & Effectiveness to lead our transformative journey. This position will play a critical role in shaping On’s organizational effectiveness to support overall team’s performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in organizational design, change management, and performance optimization.

Your Mission

• Work with senior leaders and talent business partners to conduct organizational assessments to identify areas of improvement, recommend structural changes, and ensure alignment with business goals

• Implement strategies and interventions to improve organizational effectiveness, enhancing team collaboration and communication

• Use data and performance metrics to continuously assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements

• Coach and mentor Talent Business Partners on the required skillset and capabilities to assess organizational health in relation to team goals and strategic priorities

• Partner with Talent Business Partners and leaders to ensure that organizational design changes are effectively communicated and embraced

• Serve as a subject matter expert on organizational effectiveness, providing guidance to teams on best practices and strategies.
