Your role and responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Own and develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, activating Lead to Revenue funnels. Define roadmaps for web, marketing automation, technology, analytics, and operations.- Business Impact and Analytics: Establish and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maximize the marketing team’s impact on business outcomes. Utilize analytics to draw actionable insights, improve campaigns, and enhance marketing effectiveness.- Web and Online Presence: Lead the transformation of 1,500+ web pages to a new Content Management System, optimizing user experience and engagement. Develop a best-in-class digital presence across platforms.- Marketing Automation and Technology: Oversee the deployment and use of marketing automation tools, focusing on lead generation, customer journey strategies, and advanced features like lead scoring. Manage the marketing technology stack, including evaluating and integrating AI-driven tools.- Operations and Campaign Management: Define frameworks and processes for smooth campaign lifecycle execution. Support Marketing and Communication Managers with resources and operational services.- Sales Alignment and Market Development: Collaborate with sales teams to implement strategies ensuring alignment, effective lead follow-up, and qualification. Provide structured processes for lead handover to sales teams.- Team Leadership and Development: Build, manage, and develop a team of digital marketing and demand generation specialists, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and cross-collaboration across teams.- Compliance and Integrity: Uphold ABB’s core values, ensuring adherence to ethical standards, branding guidelines, and all regulatory requirements.- Locality-wise, we prefer the application from Europe or US countries
Qualifications for the role
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in marketing or communications preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in digital marketing and demand generation, with at least 5 years leading specialist teams in a global setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CMS (e.g., AEM), Marketing Automation (e.g., Pardot), CRM (e.g., SFDC), ABM (e.g., 6Sense), and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, MSBI).
- Strategic Expertise: Proficient in business strategy, market intelligence, go-to-market strategy, and customer experience success.
- Skills and Communication: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage global audiences.
- Language and Compliance: Fluency in English and understanding of legal and regulatory compliance in marketing operations.
