What you can move:
- Own the overall responsibility for all legal and compliance matters for all legal entities in Switzerland as well as for achieving the strategic objectives in the areas of legal and compliance
- Ensure that the country's legal organization creates value, is cost-efficient and contributes to the company achieving its objectives, mitigating material risks and avoiding damage
- Responsible for the implementation of the Group's legal and compliance agenda in Switzerland in accordance with the relevant business priorities and in an efficient manner
- Act as a trusted legal advisor for all departments in the local organization as well as an ethical role model with the courage to proactively shape and protect the interests of Feldschlösschen and the Group
- Managing and developing your local legal counsel
Your backpack:
- Law Degree (LL.B. / LL.M. or equivalent), Bar admission in Switzerland, with a specialization in corporate, commercial, or compliance law highly desirable, or another relevant jurisdiction
- Additional qualifications in compliance, data protection (e.g., CIPP/E), or anti-bribery and corruption (e.g., CFE) would be a strong asset
- Proven proficiency in Swiss legal framework and familiarity with EU legal regulations, especially in compliance-related areas like competition law and data protection
- Fluency in German and English is essential; French is an advantage
