Pictet Alternative Advisors (PAA) is a leading alternative investment group and a wholly owned subsidiary of Pictet with expertise in hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and private debt. With teams based globally, PAA constructs, manages, and advises portfolios of alternative investment solutions for institutional and private clients.
You will be joining a dynamic team and will support the global efforts to improve our operations in the private assets.
Your role
- Participate in the management and coordination of operations related to PAA's private equity and real estate (PE/RE) products and mandates.
- Provide support to the investment teams, management, and internal clients.
- Assist in monitoring delegated and outsourced activities (NAV calculations, reporting, transactions, and client services).
- Collaborate with all service providers (legal, tax, compliance, administrators, back-office, etc.).
- Contribute to the monitoring of risks and investment constraints.
- Participate in various occasional and recurring projects (e.g., TER calculations).
- Help optimize and automate processes (Leveraging Artificial Intelligence and IT development).
Your profile
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interest in finance and private assets, with a desire to learn and grow in these areas.
- Solid knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and comfort with new IT systems, including proficiency in handling large databases using Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating with specialists from various fields (investment managers, tax, compliance, etc.).
- Proficiency in both French and English, with the ability to draft documents and discuss complex matters.
- Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
