Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow our technical team. In this role, you will oversee software development projects, mentor engineers, and contribute to strategic hiring to support our scaling efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Release Management: Oversee the release of new product versions, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
People & Team Leadership: Conduct 1:1s, provide feedback, and foster professional development as the team expands.
Hiring & Talent Growth: Actively support recruitment to build a strong engineering team.
Technical Leadership: Leverage your strong technical background to guide engineers and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical role (software engineering, DevOps, or related).
- 3-5 years of experience in management (team leadership, coaching, or engineering management).
- Strong project management skills and experience with software deployment.
- Experience in software programming (medical device experience is not required).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related).
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Must reside in Europe and be fluent in English.
- Available to work during Central European Time (CET) business hours.
Occasional travel to our HQ in Switzerland for team and company events.
