Jira Expert - Private banking

Your mission:

To strengthen our Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for a Jira Expert to join our team. It's for one of our clients, a private bank in Geneva. 

Your responsibilities:

• You will provide advice on best practices for using Atlassian Jira solutions;
• You will analyze tasking and service desk needs and configure projects according to the standards defined by the team;
• You will provide support to users and facilitate their adoption of these solutions;
  You will ensure monitoring and correction of bugs and incidents in Production on these solutions.

Your profile and skills:

• You possess a Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience;
• You show solid experience in the implementation and configuration of Jira solutions.
  You are experienced in software solution analysis in the collaborative domain.
  You consider yourself a team player and you consider yourself as a person who can integrate easily and quickly into the team.
  You possess a Jira certification.
  You have some development experience and Atlassian administration experience; this would be considered a plus.
  You are fluent in French and English.
  You are a Swiss resident.
