Your Requirements

• Extensive experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or spa
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of wellness therapies, spa trends, and fitness programs
• Expertise in spa management, service quality, and sales strategies
• Proven skills in budget management and sales forecasting
• Commitment to sustainability and high standards
• Fluency in English; additional knowledge of German or French is an advantage

Your Responsibilities

• Leading the operational and personnel management of the entire wellness area, ensuring smooth and efficient SPA operations
• Ensuring quality standards within the team and optimizing internal processes
• Making strategic decisions based on market and competitor insights
• Developing and implementing sales strategies for memberships, day guests, and product sales
• Planning and monitoring budgets and revenue
• Providing excellent service and advice to guests and members
• Overall responsibility for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
• Reporting to the Management
