Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a :
Requested Profile :
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in operations management, with a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset)
- Deep knowledge of Process Improvement tools and methodologies (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC)
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, project management and highly methodological approach
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory standards and requirements is an asset
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, direct and indirect reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capacity of building organizational relationships
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and SAP is a strong asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft package tools (Excel, Access, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint)
- Very good level in French, English (spoken and written)

- Identify and Implement Process Improvements : Analyze and improve processes across various functions within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Department, such as Warehouse & Logistics, Internal Machining, Purchasing, Production Planning, Manufacturing Methodology
- Project Management : Lead and manage cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing operations and improving process efficiency
- Performance Monitoring : Establish key performance metrics and dashboards to monitor operational performance and make necessary adjustments
- Training and Guidance : Provide training and support to teams on new processes and improvement opportunities. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for the main processes within the department
- Change Management : Facilitate change management initiatives to support operational and company-wide improvements
- Compliance : Ensure all processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, and operational standards
